Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Coyote Outdoor Grills “Upgrade & Save” loyalty program (“Program”) and the related mail-in rebate offer (the “Rebate Offer”). By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview
   The Program allows eligible participants to receive a $500 mail-in rebate for upgrading their existing Coyote grill to a new “Gen 3” Coyote grill. The offer is only available to current Coyote grill owners who purchase a qualifying new “Gen 3” Coyote grill before May 31, 2025.
2. Eligibility
   This Program is available exclusively to current Coyote grill owners. To be eligible for the rebate, participants must have purchased their qualifying new “Gen 3” Coyote grill from an authorized retailer as a brand-new, in-the-box product. B-stock, scratch and dent, or refurbished grills do not qualify for this offer.
3. Rebate Amount
   Participants who meet the eligibility requirements will receive a rebate of $500. This amount will be provided via mail after submission of the required rebate form and proof of purchase.
4. Rebate Process
   a. Step 1: Purchase a new “Gen 3” Coyote grill from an authorized retailer.
   b. Step 2: Submit a completed rebate form along with a copy of your original purchase receipt to Coyote Outdoor Grills.
   c. Step 3: Mail the completed rebate form and receipt to the designated address.
   Rebate submissions must be postmarked by June 15, 2025.
5. Offer Period
   a. Purchases of the new “Gen 3” Coyote grill must be made on or before May 31, 2025.
   b. Rebate submissions must be postmarked by June 15, 2025. Submissions received after this date will not be eligible for the rebate.
6. Eligible Products
   This offer is valid only for new “Gen 3” Coyote grill models. All grill models, except the SL30, have the same cutout and overall dimensions. For the SL30, Coyote will provide a free-of-charge insert to ensure proper fitment.
7. Mail-in Rebate Offer Limitations
   a. Only one rebate per purchase is allowed.
   b. The rebate is available while supplies last.
   c. The rebate offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or rebates.
   d. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   e. Coyote reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they do not comply with these Terms.
8. Rebate Submission Guidelines
   a. Participants must submit the original or a copy of the receipt showing proof of purchase.
   b. The rebate form must be completed in full and submitted as directed. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in the rejection of the rebate claim.
9. No Returns
   If you return your new “Gen 3” Coyote grill after submitting a rebate claim, you will forfeit the rebate, and Coyote reserves the right to demand the rebate amount back.
10. Program Changes
    Coyote reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on Coyote’s website.
11. Limitation of Liability
    Coyote will not be responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected rebate submissions or any issues related to mail delivery.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
13. Privacy
    By submitting the rebate claim, you agree that Coyote may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of processing your rebate claim in accordance with their privacy policy.
